our little 1/4 inch message scrolling tool bar that
sits at the top of your subscribers Internet
Explorer or Mozilla browser.
It is in addition to their normal browser set up so
it does not replace their normal setup. The municipality/school
admin can remotely change the scrolled messages through
webiste access from his/her PC! The free tool bar
can even have a button that links to your website.
