Advanced Survey Analysis
Having your subscribers feel
that they have a say in important decisions is crucial
to them. However printing, disseminating and collecting
paper surveys to then manually tabulate the survey results
takes considerable time. Additionally your survey results
are usually far from accurate if the responder can not
be anonymous. For example, people may say they are willing
to spend money on a new project but when it comes time
to paying for it will have a different opinion.
EmailNotices provides a feature rich survey program within
the organizations control panel. Your organization can
create as many survey questions within the survey as
needed. The organization then creates as many multiple
choice answers for each question created.
The organization has the choice to conduct surveys that
are totally anonymous or conduct a survey where the
email address of the respondent is collected. If the
option to collect the email address is used the email
addresses can be allocated to the specific answer that
the respondent gave. The organization will then have
the option to email just those people who answered a
question in a certain way. For example: If a survey
was being done to rate a service and the range was a
ten choice scale from 1 being bad to 10 being great,
the organization may want to email just those who answered
choices on the lower end of the scale to advise them
what is being done to improve the service.
Sometimes a YES or No response
or multiple choice answers just will not cut it! Therefore
we added a feature that allows the organization to add
a comments box to each of the questions. The comments
can be done anonymously without knowing the email address
or can be done where the organization requires that
if comments are made the email address be required!
Instantaneous tabulation of results saves so much time.
The organization sees online in real time how many responded
in total and then of course the amount of people who
selected each answer option as both the nominal amount
as well as a percentage ratio.
Sample Use:
The recreation department can take a survey to see
if there is interest in a particular class. The recreation
director can have a series of multiple choice price
per class options to see how much the survey recipients
are willing to spend for the class. If there is enough
interest than the recreation director will know what
is needed to be charged per person to cover a contracted
instructor. The ability to announce the class and
get several participants will result in a lower per
capita cost for everyone and additional programs can
be enacted. The ability to also ask neighboring Towns
who participate in the EmailNotices free service to run the survey if you can
not fill the class from your own Town will also enhance
participants.
There are several additional features of the survey
that are just too numerous to mention here. You are
welcome to call the sales manager who contacted you
and they will give you an online tour of the survey
feature as well as the entire organization control
panel. You will be amazed how user friendly our free
service is!
